Ryan loved technology and the online world ever since he was a child. As an adolescent, he witnessed the birth of the internet through a screeching and squealing dial-up modem.

He decided to turn his passion into a career and completed a degree from the University of Sydney in Engineering, specialising in Electronic Commerce. This provided the strong foundation in technology and electronic marketing.

With close to twenty years’ experience working in boutique and consulting roles including at NASDAQ’s Sydney office, Ryan enjoys the diversity and complexity of the technical side, while working with his clients to bolster their online presences.

As a highly regarded social media expert, Ryan works regularly with the likes of ABC, Channel 7, SBS, News.com.au and Marie Claire, where he is a regular commentator on social media strategy.

Nicole Shelley

Nicole has a diverse and broad corporate background having held finance, strategic planning, operational management and practice management and marketing roles for top tier global law firm Freehills, later Herbert Smith Freehills.

Working with clients in professional services, property, tourism and hospitality as well as professional associations, Nicole enjoys the challenges of working across a multidisciplinary sector.

As a marketing generalist with a broad digital marketing skill set, Nicole won the 2018 NSW Business Chamber City of Sydney Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. This recognised Nicole’s commitment and innovation in digital marketing in B2B and services sector.

With a CPA, Buyers Agent qualifications and a degree from the University of Newcastle, Nicole holds particular interest in turning the abundance of online marketing and analytical data into valuable information that can then be converted to achieve clients’ business and marketing objectives.

She uses her broad spectrum of experience to leverage the full marketing mix to help businesses grow their revenue through relevant and targeted marketing. She also has experience in profiling both existing and target client portfolios.

Emma is a multi-skilled digital and print graphic designer whose passion is to make things simpler, smarter, more helpful, more beautiful and more fun. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (Visual Communication) at the Dublin Institute of Technology, she now has over 8 years of experience designing for a variety of platforms and organisations.

As a designer, Emma’s thinking begins and ends with the user in mind. She uses design thinking to unpick problems, find opportunities and create clarity.

Fei is an app and web developer with a difference. Not only does he possess the intricate technical knowledge needed to create custom websites, he is highly passionate about designing interfaces that are memorable, impactful and stand out.

Being in love with web design his whole life, Fei became an IBM WebSphere Specialist in 2010. With over ten years’ experience creating WordPress websites for businesses ranging from tech start-ups to global corporations, Fei understands how to make websites that meet the needs of his clients’ end user.

Jesse is a creative digital marketer with over three years’ experience across the tourism, high-end fashion and start-up sectors. Jesse graduated with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing, at UTS Business School in 2017. From this, she gained a strong interest in strategising and implementing impactful and targeted marketing campaigns. She is now studying a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication at UTS Design School with the aim of designing for web and digital strategy.
