Yes. WordPress is Open Source, free and extremely popular. But, you need a computer (or a server) to host your website. You can either set up and configure your own server to host your website – or you can pay a hosting company (like us) to host the website on your behalf.
Our office and team are in Sydney’s Potts Point. We use and host our clients’ websites in data centres in Sydney and Perth. I guess you could say, we’ve got Australia covered… so WordPress Hosting Australia kinda’ fits.

As part of our Managed WordPress Hosting, we update WordPress Core and most popular third-party plugins to ensure the security of your website. For typical clients, we don’t offer an uptime service level agreement (SLA). If you specifically require this, get in touch and we’ll let you know what we can offer. Unofficially, our reporting shows uptimes of our clients websites in excess of 99.9%. Our services are redundant, in data centres with controlled climate, access restrictions, redundant internet and power.
We can help you with that, usually for free. If it’s a typical WordPress website with a typical host, we can give you a hand to transfer from their servers to ours as a complimentary onboarding service. We ask that you have all account username and passwords on hand to help keep this process as efficient as possible.
The software (core) of a WordPress website, plus any additional third-party plugins, needs to be updated to protect it from malicious attacks.
